The Background first: I very much like the way you did the background. The red trees against the black BG really give an eerie feel to the picture.
The Super Sexy Slendy: His torso seems a bit long, but- (Wait. He is Slenderman... never mind that O.o) I think the shading on either sides of the abdominal muscles is quite excessive, but around the neck area it is PERFECT! I like the technique used in doing the pants. They look very realistic. His head seems a bit small in proportions/comparison to his body, but maybe that's just me.
So, all in all, 5 stars for me. Mainly cause I have done one (not published, or as good as this...) and love Sexy Slender pics.

ok, to start off...
The background.
The first time you look at it, you'll think, "Oh it's blood." But if you look closer, and give it a second glance- you'll noitice that it's an actual background.
It's not original, but for the picture, it is.
I mean, come on, who's seen a Slender picture with this sorta background? I sure havent!
The way you outlined him, suits the style, the technique. Y'know? The shading is also really good, you've really captured the concept. I like how it's really dark, instead of light- because I do that, and everyone else does... Half the time, it's actually meant to be as dark as this.
The muscles, they seem... So realistic, yet not. In a perfectly good way, of course! The trousers are cool, i like the way you did the lighting on those too! and the belt :3
Over all, this picture is perfect in many ways- it probably has errors, but that doesn't matter. It looks great as it is, and shows the great artist you are!
I forgot to mention the tree oart in front of him, and the way you shaded the trees onto him.
